Some tips for using this template:
- Enter the employee name and the week ending date on top.
- For each day of the week, enter the date, task or project worked on, start and end times, any break periods, total hours worked for that day and a running total hours column.
- Add more rows for more tasks or projects for each day. Group them together.
- The employee and manager should both sign and date the timesheet at the end of the week before processing for payroll.
- You can add or remove columns as needed for your specific needs. For example, you can add columns for billable hours, non-billable hours, overtime hours, etc.
- Use this as a draft and modify it as needed to match your company’s timesheet requirements and policies.
- This template works for both hourly and salaried employees to track time and hours worked for a given week.
